There is a 3D printer at the Kunstmuseum!
In this additive production process, material is applied layer for layer so as to give rise to a three-dimensional object. The act of printing itself is always preceded by a virtual model which, with the help of a special plastic material, is transferred into three-dimensional physical reality, i.e. is printed.

As an art museum, we are interested in questions of originality, in prototypes, manipulation and reproductions. The interplay between two and three dimensions also determines the creative activity and production processes of many contemporary artists.

CREATION HANDMADE consists of a series of programs with experts and laypersons, with theorists and experimenters.

Whether in the context of expert discussions or family studios with children: we look forward to discussions with you, to your input, and to creative workshops.
