ART EVENINGS on Wednesday evening. Students as art outreach specialists
Four times per year on an Art Evening, students of art history greet other students and young persons at the Kunstmuseum Bonn in order to enter into dialogue with them and, with the help fo various methods of art outreach, to accompany them in a tour of the permanent collection as well as of the current temporary exhibitions. For everyone who likes to be entertained, surprised, involved and provided with knowledge.
Entrance is free for students. All other visitors are likewise welcome; for them, the standard museum admission fee applies.

We use the museum and its artworks for inspiration and to sharpen our eye before drawing in front of the model. We will practise discovering the human body through drawing and developing our own personal style of expression. Perspectives, drawing materials and themes will vary.
Please bring pencils or chalks and a drawing pad (A3 or A2). If you don’t have any drawing materials, you can also use the museum’s materials once (5 euros).

We as humans are social beings. We need contact, closeness and interaction with the people around us. Recent years have shown how much restrictions on social life weigh on us. How can we address feelings of loneliness and cope appropriately?
This is exactly what we intend to do with this series of workshops: We want to create a space in which belonging, communal exchange and moments of connection can arise. The workshops are aimed at all people who want to be creative together with art, movement, words and various materials. We give impulses to unfold one’s own creativity or to let it merge into joint works like a mosaic.
All are welcome! Registration is not required
